Today, Attorney-at-Law Dr. Artur Rycak was a speaker at a conference organized by the International Fiscal Association entitled: “IFA Roundtable Talks – Reform of the National Labour Inspectorate (PIP) in the Context of Reclassification of Civil Law Contracts (B2B) into Employment Contracts or Other Types of Agreements.”

Mr. Artur Rycak discussed the procedural aspects of proceedings before the labour court concerning the determination of the existence of an employment relationship.
