We are pleased to inform that on July 2nd our Law Firm Partner Advocate PhD Magdalena Rycak gave an interview for “Rzeczpospolita” concerning the possibility to check an employee whether he/she is sober at work and if it is  in accordance with employment law and protection of personal data at workplace.
