She received her Ph.D. in Law at the Faculty of Law and Administration at the University of Warsaw. She is also a graduate of the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. An acclaimed expert in working time, Ms Rycak's principal areas of research and teaching include the working time of employees in the road transport sector, employment of temporary workers, protection of personal data, and collective redundancies. Prior to the position of Adjunct Professor at the Polish Academy of Science in the years 2008-2013, she worked as a lecturer at the National School of Judiciary and Public Prosecution.

She has conducted over a hundred seminars on labour law for corporate clients from various sectors. Ms Rycak is Adjunct Professor and a director of postgraduate studies in Labour Law and Social Security at the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University in Warsaw since 2009; a Vice Dean of the Faculty of Law in the years 2010-2015, and a director of the Postgraduate Program in Labour Law and Social Security at Lazarski University since 2009. Since October 2015 she has worked as an expert lawyer in the Labour Law Board of NSZZ “Solidarność,” the largest Polish trade union. Ms Rycak has worked with the Service of Labour Law and Social Security WOLTERS KLUWER (Serwis Prawa Pracy i Ubezpieczeń Społecznych WOLTERS KLUWER) for several years, where she has responded to over two thousand questions regarding labour law. An author of several articles and numerous papers and books on labour law and protection of personal data.

Michał Skąpski

Michał Skąpski, habilitated doctor, associate professor at the Department of Labor and Social Law of the Adam Mickiewicz University in Poznań.

In 2010-2017, head of the department of Labor Law and Social Law at the University of Szczecin.

Author of several dozen scientific publications, including monographs, studies, articles, comments and a voice on theoretical issues of labor law as well as individual and collective labor relations.

In 2016-2018, a member of the governmental Labor Law Codification Committee. Participant of individual and collective negotiations on forming labor relations, work environment and the content of autonomous sources of labor law.

Habilitated doctor, associate professor at the University of Gdańsk, currently holding the position of the Head of the Department of Labor Law at the University of Gdańsk.

Author of several dozen scientific publications, including monographs, studies, articles, comments, expert opinions and glosses on theoretical issues of European and Polish labor law. A long-time trainer at training courses for lawyers in the field of European and Polish labor law, including courses for judges.

University of Wrocław, Head of the Social Insurance Office at the WPAiE University of Wrocław, attorney-at-law, a part-time member of the Self-Government Board of Appeal in Wrocław, scholarship holder of Max-Planck-Institut für Sozialrecht und Sozialpolitik in Munich. .

Lecturer at Postgraduate Studies in Labor Law and Social Law at the University of Wrocław. and a trainer of social assistance staff as part of the Training "Social Welfare Organization" (WPAiE UWr.).

He has over 20 years of experience in litigation in the field of labour law. In the law firm, he is responsible for litigation as well as individual labor law.

Graduate (cum laude) of the University of Warsaw (Faculty of Law and Administration). Maciej completed also the School of American Law. Languages spoken: English, German.

Maciej has several years of experience in handling court cases and providing legal advice, both in law firms and as an in-house lawyer.

Nina is a trainee of the Bar Association in Warsaw. She is a graduate of the Jagiellonian University. She graduated from full-time studies with a very good result.

She gained experience during her studies while working in a civic counseling centre.

In addition, she graduated from the Slovak Law School of the Faculty of Law and Administration at the Jagiellonian University.

She specialises in individual labor law and litigation.
