The bill on the protection of persons who report breaches of the law aims to implement Directive (EU) 2019/1937 of the European Parliament and of the Council of 23 October 2019 on the protection of persons reporting breaches of EU law.

Another draft of the so-called Whistleblower Act has been published. This is the next stage of the government's work on the bill. The Act has not yet been submitted to the Sejm (information current as of  9.07.2023).

The entry into force of the act on the protection of persons reporting breaches of the law will entail many obligations for employers. The law firm prepares internal reporting regulations for employers, as well as other documents necessary to introduce internal procedures of reporting breaches of law.
