PhD in legal sciences, prof. University of Wrocław, Head of the Social Insurance Office at the WPAiE University of Wrocław, attorney-at-law, a part-time member of the Self-Government Board of Appeal in Wrocław, scholarship holder of Max-Planck-Institut für Sozialrecht und Sozialpolitik in Munich.

Author of about 80 scientific studies in the field of social security law and labor law, including e.g. monographs: Removability of valid pension decisions (Wolters Kluwer 2007; honorable mention in the Golden Wings competition of Gazeta Prawna 2008) and Legal effects of judgments of the Constitutional Tribunal in the field of social insurance (Difin 2014) and commentaries to acts in the field of social insurance law (Beck, 2022).

Lecturer at Postgraduate Studies in Labor Law and Social Law at the University of Wrocław. and a trainer of social assistance staff as part of the Training "Social Welfare Organization" (WPAiE UWr.).
