Legal Counsel at Rycak Labor Law and HR Office, which has been specializing in labor law for 20 years. Advises on labor law to the largest Polish and international companies.
A graduate of the Faculty of Law and Administration and the Faculty of Journalism and Political Science at the University of Warsaw. She defended her doctoral thesis at the Faculty of Law and Administration of the University of Warsaw, written under the supervision of Prof. Ludwik Florek on "The Dimension and Distribution of Working Time", published by Wolters Kluwer.
A valued trainer. Between 2000 and 2022, she conducted over 3,500 training hours in the field of labor law (including in particular working time, drivers' working time, and anti-mobbing measures) for judges, management staff of Polish companies and international corporations, HR and personnel departments, public institutions, legal counsels, court directors, and postgraduate students.
For several years, she was an expert in the Labor Law Team at the Social Dialogue Council (previously the Tripartite Commission for Socio-Economic Affairs).
She regularly appears as a speaker at Polish and international labor law conferences.
She is the author of over one hundred scientific publications and several hundred publications for labor law practitioners.
For over 15 years, she has been leading postgraduate studies in Labor Law and Social Insurance and for five years has also been leading postgraduate studies in Personal Data Protection and Information Security Management at Lazarski University in Warsaw.
Director of the Institute of Employment Law and Work-Life Balance at Lazarski University.
Since 2009, she has been an assistant professor in the Department of Labor Law and Social Insurance at Lazarski University in Warsaw. Between 2010-2015, she was the vice-dean of the Faculty of Law and Administration at Lazarski University. Between 2012-2015, she served as the deputy judge of the Administrative Tribunal at the Council of Europe. Between 2008-2013, she was an assistant professor at the Polish Academy of Sciences. Since 2003, she has been a legal consultant and trainer at Wolters Kluwer publishing house.
She is also a practicing legal counsel, advising on labor law to the management and HR department staff of the largest Polish and international companies, as well as small and medium-sized enterprises. She also has extensive experience in advising employers on relations with trade unions and in conducting group dismissal procedures and negotiations with trade unions.
